If you are interested in personal training sessions with me here is some info!
*I am a fully business licensed, certified Personal Fitness Trainer with ISSA. I LOVE to exercise and eat clean.

*I train my clients in the privacy of my home gym in Daybreak...sometimes training in a large gym with tons of people watching can be very intimidating for individuals.

*I provide towels and bottled water for all my clients.

*I offer retail nutritional products/supplements available for purchase.

*There are many ways to buy training sessions! Single sessions, or bulk packages...which usually come with a bonus session and an amazing freebie!

*I offer share packages, if you would rather train with a friend!
